This year we decided to try something new with Star Fest 2015! Based on an enormous amount of requests and feedback, we chose to have not one, but two events this year! The first Star Fest took place at Markham Fairgrounds on August 15th and 16th. The event was a huge success as it brought in tens of thousands of visitors. The event featured numerous Canadian and International vendors and artists, including renowned artists Vijay Prakash, Sunitha Sarathy, Srinivas, and Anuradha Sriram.
Fans were also treated to a music competition called Battle of Bands. Battle of Bands winner Equination was awarded $5000 cash, while the first runner up band The Pitches won $3000 cash and the second runner up band Family Band going home with $2000 cash!
One lucky fan also drove away with a fully loaded 2015 Toyota Corolla – Red!
